Todo 👌🤩, la casa por dentro era espectacular y la limpieza impecable.

Pros - House was great in regards to interior space and interior appearance. The pool was great but it needs to be refinished Having full bath out by pool was great.
Cons - Limited on patio lounging chairs. Missing a screen on pool screen. Yard needed weeding. I pulled the ones between the house and the canal after a heavy storm. The door to the garage/laundry won't stay shut. Listed a sofa bed but it was a sectional and you removed back pillows to make a single bed. Small guest room needed small side table and lamp. Could have used mirrors in the bedrooms. The keyless entry was kind of a pain.

Location you could walk to the beach. The home was spacious and nice pool size. Large kitchen.
Pool area needs to be clean (pressure clean). The home is dated.
