We also have a furnished deck with table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Perfect to eat outside and extra seating to relax on the large deck . Our home includes a large screen TV with a DVD, CD player, cable service, WiFi and TV’s in each bedroom. We provide linens and a enough soap and paper products to get you started.
The golf cart is a great way to explore and see all the resort has to offer. You can use the tunnel to get to the beach or shop, dine and be entertained at Grand Boulevard or the Village without having to get in your car!
The Laurel Grove pool; fitness facility has dressing rooms, restrooms, lounge chairs around the pool and a hot tub; all of this just around the corner from our home. The Laurel Grove community is a very family-friendly neighborhood and is secure with the Resort's Security personnel.
The neighborhood pool is heated during the winter holidays. This house also has access to the Phil Hummel SOA pool which is heated year round.

Immaculate home with great floor plan for plenty of room! East golf cart ride to dining, beach and most amenities. Home is well taken care of with newer appliances and up to date rooms and bathrooms. Would definitely rebook Reserve this home with confidence.

Ideal set-up for a wonderful week in Florida! The house was very clean, modern, and fresh. The beds were comfortable, the towels fluffy, and the amenities were as promised. Everything worked well, and when there were any requests or issues, the staff was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely come back.
The golf cart was a huge hit for my family of five. You can literally drive just about everywhere you need to go in the cart, including the beach, pool, donut shop, Publix grocery store, golf courses, pickle ball courts, and restaurants. You do not really need a car.
The kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials, and the washing machine set up was convenient.
