Wir finden diese Wohnung wirklich empfehlenswert.
Die Lage ist ideal um schnell am Meer - mit schönen Strandcafe's - und in der Altstadt von Albenga zu sein. Hier im Haus ist es angenehm und der Parkplatz im Innenhof ist perfekt. Bäckerei und Cafe sind gleich um die Ecke, der nächste Supermarkt etc. in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Austausch mit Ruben war immer gut.

Bel appartamento ma migliorabile.
Ottima la posizione. Appartamento vicino alla spiaggia e vicino al centro storico. Possibilità di parcheggio (secondo disponibilità all'interno del condominio) ma molti si trovano anche adiacenti alla struttura. Zona tranquilla nelle ore serali. Supermercati a pochi metri.
L'appartamento è carino ma potrebbe essere migliorato di molto solo con alcuni piccoli accorgimenti/interventi. Un armadio nuovo (quello presente è molto datato), un sanitario da sostituire (almeno alcuni componenti) e una verifica di alcune prese elettriche non funzionanti.

Breve soggiorno di coppia ad Albenga
Buona posizione, a 2 passi dal mare e 3 dal centro. Di fronte via é un ottimo panificio, forse il migliore di Albenga. Conad e diversi negozi dietro l'angolo. Spazi interni ampi e ben organizzati, molto luminoso con balcone esterno che si estende per tre ambienti. Cucina completa di tutto, inclusa lavastoviglie e frigo con congelatore grande. Il piano cottura é ad induzione. Ci sono 4 posti letto, un matrimoniale ed un letto a castello. Ruben un host molto disponibile e gentile, ottima comunicazione prima e dopo il soggiorno.
Ci sono solo 3 cucchiaini. Il televisore non funzionava, lo sapevamo, ma andrebbe sistemato. Nel kit di lenzuola ed asciugamani andrebbe inserito un tappetino per la doccia, uscire dopo essersi lavati potrebbe essere pericoloso.
