It has a convenient location, a friendly host, and good facilities. Everything is very clean, and it does not have the old building's smoky or moldy smell. I highly recommend that people be sensitive to smell. The host came to pick us up from the train station on a rainy day.
We particularly like the morning sun in the kitchen/ living room area.
The sofa is a bit thin and less comfortable. But nothing major we dislike.

Appartamento molto carino e curato, in posizione strategica per raggiungere facilmente il centro storico e anche il lungomare. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.

Nicht für 8 Personen geeignet. Sofa, welches mitten in der Küche steht ist nicht akzeptabel zum darauf schlafen. Schlafen darauf unmöglich
