Good base for exploring Albenga and the surrounding Ligurian coast.

Pleasant, well equipped apartment with a surprisingly huge terrace. Situated conveniently on the outskirts of Albenga, about five minutes walk from the historic centre with its own parking.

Could do with an aircon unit in the bedroom.

good interior is the only advantage

nice interior, new furniture, clean enough, nice bathroom. Town is beautiful, worthy of attention, the very beautiful old part of the city, many restaurants, pizzerias, cafes.

very noisy, right behind the terrace is a highway with round the clock live traffic, many mosquitoes. the homeowner communicated only in Italian, receiving and renting accommodation from a boy who spoke English. the owner tried to charge extra for air conditioning, cleaning. the tourist fee was taken in cash without any receipt. unambiguous housing is worst value for money

Großzügiges Apartment mit Potenzial für kleine Verbesserungen

Die Zimmer sind groß, hell und sehr geräumig. Besonders angenehm fanden wir das große Badezimmer mit WC und Bidet. Das Apartment verfügt zudem über eine großzügige Terrasse und einen abschließbaren Parkplatz, auf dem jederzeit ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste vorhanden ist. Die Videoüberwachung sorgt zusätzlich für ein sicheres Gefühl. Auch die Ausstattung mit Klimaanlage, Fernseher und Kaffeemaschine war sehr praktisch und hat den Aufenthalt komfortabel gemacht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin, die ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Sie war stets erreichbar und reagierte sehr schnell auf Anfragen. Ich gebe vorerst 8 Sterne, in der Hoffnung, dass die unten genannten kleinen Verbesserungen umgesetzt werden, dann wird es sicherlich 10+ sein! Mit der freundlichen Gastgeberin und dem Apartment selbst war der Aufenthalt angenehm, und ich würde gerne wiederkommen :)

Verbesserungsbedarf: - Der Wäscheständer ist stark verrostet und unbrauchbar – (!) AUSTAUSCHEN! - Ein Wasserkocher fehlt, zudem gibt es in der Küche keine Deckel für die Töpfe. Generell wäre es wünschenswert, die Küche etwas aufzufüllen (Teller, Tassen, Gläser etc.). - Bei der Größe des Apartments wären Staubsauger und Waschmaschine hilfreich, vor allem bei längeren Aufenthalten. - WLAN ist mit 5–7 Mbit/s recht langsam und abends häufig überlastet. - Der Boden war bei der Ankunft nicht richtig sauber – es wäre wünschenswert, nach jeder Abreise feucht zu wischen, nicht nur zu kehren. Hinweis: Für die Steckdosen in Italien wird ein EU-Adapter benötigt; wir haben diesen im nahegelegenen Action-Markt (ca. 1 km) besorgt.
