Modern, fresh apartment with excellent AC, parking and nice neighbours. Very easy and fast communication and smooth check in. Spacious bathroom.
There were no outside table and just three outside chairs for four people.(Although we got a table fast when mentioned). Terrace didnt felt properly cleaned and kitchen could be a little more equipped. Easy to fix and then its 10/10.

nice interior, new furniture, clean enough, nice bathroom.
Town is beautiful, worthy of attention, the very beautiful old part of the city, many restaurants, pizzerias, cafes.
very noisy, right behind the terrace is a highway with round the clock live traffic, many mosquitoes. the homeowner communicated only in Italian, receiving and renting accommodation from a boy who spoke English. the owner tried to charge extra for air conditioning, cleaning. the tourist fee was taken in cash without any receipt. unambiguous housing is worst value for money
