Nettes 1-Raum-Appartement mit Balkon im 5. Stock mit Fahrstuhl, aber nicht barrierefrei.
Zu Fuß braucht man 20 Minuten bis zum Beginn der Fußgängerzone, zur Altstadt 35-40 Minuten.
In der Umgebung gibt es alles, was man benötigt. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu finden war nicht immer einfach.
Der Vermieter war ansprechbar, hat uns tolle Tips gegeben und sich zwischendurch erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist.
Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer waren zum Ende des Urlaubes hilfreich.
Die Unterkunft benötigt dringend eine Grundreinigung. Wir haben den Anfang in Küche und Bad gemacht, um uns wohlfühlen zu können.
Vom Vormieter waren überall deutliche Spuren sichtbar.

Bel emplacement pour visiter Bari dont le centre ville se situe à 30 minutes à pied. Pas de problème particulier pour garer la voiture près du logement mais nous étions début avril. Le logement est bien agencé, propre et bien équipé. Bonne communication avec Francesco.

Świetne miejsce nawet na tygodniowy pobyt. Kontakt z gospodarzami perfekcyjny, czuliśmy się zaopiekowani :) Lokalizacja z dala od zgiełku Bari Vecchia, typowa mieszkalna dzielnica. Ok 15 minut pieszo od Bari Centrale. Wokół wszystko co potrzeba, łącznie ze sporym, dobrze zaopatrzonym supermarketem.
W mieszkaniu również wszystko co potrzeba - przede wszystkim pralka, co przy dłuższym pobycie jest często kluczowym aspektem. Jest deska do prasowania, żelazko (które jednak prosi się o wymianę, bo czasami lekko brudzi).
Wygodne łóżko, wygodne poduszki, co nie jest normą.
Klimatyzacja to jednocześnie wielki plus, ale i mały minus, bo skierowana jest centralnie na łóżko, więc przy gorących nocach trzeba ją sobie umiejętnie wyregulować lub wyłączyć (co jednak przy małym pomieszczeniu skutkuje tym, że dość szybko robi się duszno). Do przeżycia :)

Minden megtalálható a környéken amire csak szükségünk volt (templom, bolt, kávézók, gyógyszertár...). A tulajdonos csodálatosan fogadott bennünket egy jellegzetes Bari pizza-val! Fantasztikus finom volt, és a hosszú utazás után nagyon jólesett. Különösen hálásak voltunk a csendes légkondicionálóért és hűtőért. Ritka kincs.
Hiányzott számunkra egy olló, illetve egy mikró az étel melegítéshez. És sajnos az ágy nekünk nagyon puha volt.
