Location: good, a 15-minute walk from the train station.
Apartment: clean towels and bed linen.
Terrace: even though was dirty, but equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, and patio furniture.
Overall was fine.
Bathroom: only two rolls of toilet paper provided for our one-week stay.
Kitchen: poorly equipped, with very old cookware and dishes, and only plastic wine glasses. The coffee maker was only available in the form of a stovetop moka pot, which could not be used because the stove was very old and the moka pot would not stay stable on the burner.
Terrace: dirty.

We really enjoyed our stay! Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. The key handover was easy and straightforward. The room was cozy and comfortable, making our stay very pleasant. The location was fantastic - only 12 minutes from the station, with several restaurants and shops nearby. The private parking was great, with very nice people, so everything went smoothly. Overall, everything was really good! :)
A few minor points could be improved: the toilet seat was a bit loose, some pantry items like coffee, sugar, salt, and tea could be refreshed, and in the winter months the room was quite cold, as some windows didn’t seal properly and let in a draft. Adding a few more dishes and replacing the pans might also help.

Overall, the stay left a mixed impression. There was a noticeable smell of mold in the room, which forced me to sleep with the windows open. I would not recommend this place to people with health issues.
It’s also clear that the room needs renovation. However, it does have all the basic necessities, and it was generally clean, except for the mold on the wall.
I would also like to point out that the bed was uncomfortable. If you have back problems, this could be a significant drawback — personally, it was quite difficult for me to sleep.
Overall, I can’t really recommend this place.
I didn't like it - there was a very strong moldy smell.
