Not worth it - stay just for one day at the beach

I knew it is an old place. But nobody takes care about the facilities. It is very dirty and very bad maintained. I have changed 2 times the rooms. The food was ok, but not very healthy. I would recommend to go there just for 1-2 nights or stay one day just at the beach.

Another nice stay at Ada Bojana

This was a second visit to Ada Bojana for my Montenegro holiday. I have given a positive review. Happy with my second stay, though noticed a change in the weather. Had a very good room.

Another excellent stay at Ada Bojana, a beautiful area

I already know this hotel well and have reviewed it positively in the past. I will do so again. Had a good room. I like everything on offer, so experiences here were all good. I was a half boarder, but one evening went to Kod Ranka, which I recommend. Ada Bojana depends on good weather and there was great weather. Shout out to the Maestral restaurant on the beach, its staff and all staff working at Ada Bojana. Reception, even if under pressure, is always helpful.

One thing stood out, the increase in the sunlounger charge if you are on your own. It has gone up from 10 Euros to 15 Euros. I feel this is a mistake.

The beach was only 2 min away. The staff cleaned it every morning. Breakfast and dinner were good and met the expectations (taking into account it's a 3-star hotel)

Lokacija objekta je odlicna..ne postoji bolja!! Zelenilo koje okruzuje objekat je, takodje, predivno.. Plaza je na samo par koraka od apartmana..

Fkk objekat je najgori hotel u kojem sam ikad boravila..Sve je staro, oronulo, potrebno je renoviranje pod hitno! Prosto ostanete u soku (koji i dalje traje) da takvi objekti u danasnje vreme postoje.. Apsolutno ne vredi ulozenog novca..

Very poor accomodation with superb nature and superb vibe

The most important part of this place is described with 3 letters FKK - this is why people visit this place! The nature is superb, the people we have met were trully nudist - nice qiet and frendly! Our bungalo was 5m from the beach - excellect location. The breakfast and the dinner were not bad, not like turkish 5* all inn but tasty and good quality. Will I go there again - yes, regardless the poor accomodation conditions. The staff - I can not really complain, receptionist Drabica was very nice and helpfull. The waitreses we OK. The cleaners... have not caused any problems but they never done their job properly. The prices - large local beer 3-3,6eur. Beach bar is the niciest and most modern building at the camp, but quite expensive. The rent of 2x sunbed on the beach 15eur for a day.

This can be a very long list... So I will try to explain in general. The camping has been built probably 50-60 years ago and there are not much changes since then... all infrastructure is very poor. The bungalow looks not too bad from the outside, ut when you enter it realise you've just made a big step back in time :( the furniture is 40-50 years old! (not the bed - quit nice and comfortable) the bathroom - very old, just the taps have been changed since the opening day... The door to the bathroom looks undiscribably shit, the small window in the bathroom can not be closed - so old and have not been in use many years. I found only two small glasses in the bungalow, next time I will have to bring everything myself - yes, I will go there again because of the nature and the vibe. I hope the place will get renovated one day... The aircon was "like from the history museum" - old with only one function working, it was struggling to get the temperature down inside the room so I had to keep it on all the time - not silent for the good night sleep.

Old, partly broken furniture, smell in bathroom, there is no even a shower curtain. Old bed liner have been rubbed to holes.

The only good thing is location. Black fine sand and FKK.

Facilities are very old and not served. Bed linings had holes. A/C machine outside block is rusty and I'm afraid to think how long ago it was cleaned. The breakfast is awful.. tried one time and decided to not come there again.

Fabulous spot!

It was a lovely area, staff are helpful and so close to the beach! The rooms are well equipped. Would love to come back for the festival!

The shower water was a little smelly and could've done with a shower curtain. The sofa was partly broken. Breakfast could do with a bit more variety. The reception's WiFi doesn't reach the majority of the rooms.

New experience of FKK. If not that this is not worth to stay.

The main advantage of this resort is clothe optional beach (FKK). Always wanted to try this kind of recreation. So, there are 2 parts of the beach - one is usual beach and other side is FKK. Nice experience. The beach is sandy and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas (although this is a paid service)

1. The staff is not friendly. 2. The facilities are really outdated and not in good state (the lining had holes and was really old). 3. The breakfast is not eatable (don't know how it is possible to make a bad fried eggs). 4. Prepare to fight with mosquitos. 5. The beach has only one resort on this island but the sunbeds are still of additional fee (10euro) that seems to be too much.

Even though it's not cheap, the apartments are still old and dirty. This place has big potential but the owners let it die every year.

Great Stay for a Nude Beach

I loved the location of the resort. I loved the New Ada Bojana restaurant on the beach. The restaurant was very young, modern, and chic. I loved the beach loungers. I do wish that they were free if you are a guest of the hotel. That would make sense.

hotel has excellent location practicaly on a beautiful beach, peacefull, no music of shops or other disturbing content...Regeneration for mind and body with magic sand, romantic sunset, beach walk...

Breakfast needs major upgrade, from concept to content. Ulcinj is city of fantastic bakeries and famous watermelons I would like to see also fresh bread, burek and watermelon for a breakfast I would like to have option to eat outside on a terrace in august.
