Ada Beach House II Guest House with seaview

New house has everything that is required for a holiday.

Shared house, during the quite night we could hear neighbours and I believe they could hear us.

Good location, you can walk to beach Ivana or restaurants. New build so nice furniture. Easy to find.

misrepresenting the terrace part which is the main reason we booked. looks very spacious on the photos in reality it’s divided in 2 parts (about 4-5 m width) & separated with wooden fence so you see and hear everything people staying on your left do & they see you. on your right is host’s main house where his house manager stayed (an older lady). she entered our house twice from the terrace side (to give some things) by just walking in without even knocking or asking for permission. we were quite surprised and honestly annoyed by that. didn’t feel like we have any privacy at all. in Ada all houses are next to each other but in this case you share patio and walls (+ an intruding house manager) with house next door so I wouldn’t recommend it if privacy is important to you.

Staying at a house on the water on Bojana river was a relaxing experience. Calm sunny mornings, relaxed and cool owners made our stay so chill. The apartment is modern, clean, well located, well equipped.

For me, the big and only downside is the uncomfortable pillow and wifi that worked time to time.

Everything was fantastic, house, river, view from the balcony.. and owner was really nice. we really enjoyed our vacation there.
