The position is lovely and quiet and the general layout of the house is lovely and spacious. 3 nice bedrooms, living room and kitchen.
Garden looked lovely but definitely needs some work done to it, as does the actual house.
Bathroom - needs to be updated, deep cleaned and is generally not up to standard.
TLC all over, attention to detail is so important.
Garden was shabby, had a pile of old leaves and branches just outside the back door and there were plastic meat packaging on the ground, so rubbish.
Such a shame as the garden could be amazing.
Did not feel comfortable walking around bare footed.

The property is charming and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It has good off-road parking, secure back garden and is in close proximity to a wooded walking area - ideal for dog walking. It is walking distance from a small grocery shop.
The property is a little shabby around the edges and the presence of several security cameras suggest that it may not be the best area, however we had no problems during out weekend stay. The decking is a little bouncy in places. Most of the beds had feather pillows and duvet but there were a couple of non-feather pillows to hand - worth bearing in mind if allergic to feathers.

Location is perfect for Brands Hatch. Beautiful garden and lovely sitting room.
The outside table and chairs are very tired and some are damaged. The bathroom had huge cobwebs behind the door and quite a bit of mold on the shower. The light was slow turning on and flickering with very little light. The extractor fan was a little old and noisy.

Lovely modern decor and clean house.
I contacted the owners regarding no heating twice and no response. We got told 2 double beds and 2 singles and we arrived to 3 double. Also advertised bar and garden and we had no access. washing machine was also broken. It was false advertisement which should be amended but lovely little bungalow
