Lavender Cottage is a charming 3-bedroom retreat nestled in 2.5 acres of shared gardens and woodland. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Perfect for families or small groups, the cottage includes a private balcony, modern amenities, and shared access to a tennis court and children's play area. Located just a short walk from the historic village of Yalding.

A private gate at the bottom of the woodland garden leads directly to a countryside path into the village—just a few minutes' walk. The Greensand Way trail runs alongside the property, and Yalding’s three rivers provide opportunities for canoeing, boating, and fishing. Please note the path may become muddy in autumn and winter.

We had a short 2 night stay at Lavender cottage and could easily have done a few more - really clean, comfy beds amazing grounds and most importantly nice and quiet :)

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and suited our needs absolutely perfectly. Our hosts were helpful before and during our visit. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in the area. Many thanks for a fantastic start to our holiday.

We stayed here as 3 couples. The property was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The gardens were fabulous just a shame the weather wasn’t always on our side to enjoy them more. Definitely recommend this property. Thank you
