Good location, but on the corner of a busy intersection. Easy walking distance from a shopping centre

Facilities were satisfactory.
However, provided no shampoo, washing detergent etc.
Tea/coffee facilities provided but no tea or coffee
Very noisy as iit was on a main road.
Yard outside was not done. Broken tiles. A bit of a hazard.
Cockroaches and insects inside home.
Not as new as shown in photos
