There are a few good things and not so good things. In view of the pricing I benchmark this place against better 5-star hotels and there it’s not on the same level. The likes : excellent staff. Very friendly and forthcoming and willing to support you. Very comfortabel bed. The food is fantastic and the views from the living room are amazing.
The rooms are very small. There is room for a bed, but not much else. No room for a suitcase. I was alone and it was tight, can’t imagine sharing this room with 2 people. I stayed 2 nights. There was no room cleaning. Once again, something I would expect at this price point.

C'est un endroit de rêve pour apprécier toute la beauté des fjords et des aurores boréales. L'expérience des aurora huts était tout simplement incroyable. Les repas sont vraiment de très bonne qualité.
Le seul bémol : les chambres qui n'ont pas la vue sur les fjords donnent sur le parking où tout le monde passe et donc où tout le monde nous voit par la fenêtre.. De même que le transfert privé de Tromso jusqu'au lodge est vraiment très cher!

The room was bit overheated, and it was not easy to cool down.
The SPA is kind of basic, Jacuzzi and Sauna..

Einfach alles. Vom Check- in bis hin zum Check- out war unser Aufenthalt einfach fantastisch.
Das Personal war jeden Tag sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Unterkunft war top.
Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr sauber und man fühlte sich gleich wie zuhause. Unser Zimmer war auch sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bett war ein Traum. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung und ist gibt tolle Aktivitäten, die man buchen kann. Wir waren sehr beeindruckt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
