Cute Beachfront Condo w/ Lanai & Resort Pools

Good A/C, small washer and dryer, but worked for me. Comfortable bed

The location was perfect! The unit itself had everything we needed in it and was quite clean. The contact manager was always in touch and very helpful.

The resort itself is a little run down (carpet pulling up and dirty, pool furniture needs updating, pay to use the gym???, paper signs in windows is ugly). in this specific unit, it’s above where workers (construction) take a break. so voices and cigarette smoke waft up starting early in the morning. There is also a strange humming/whirring noise that is going on in the middle of the night which woke us up. Bed and sofa are very soft - I had to go to a chiropractor to get adjusted halfway through the stay.

The condo itself was a wonderful home away from home, very close to places to eat and shop and quick drives to places we were going to. The staff at the resort were amazing.

We were spoiled on our visit to Kauai with an enormous pool (Royal Sonesta Resort) so when we got to the resort pools here, they seemed so small and super crowded with people. Our advice is waking up early to beat the crowds. Our daughter didn’t care about the size, she had a blast and my husband enjoyed the Mai Tai’s by the pool and watching the breath-taking sunsets. After the first day of disappointment, I got over it as well and just had an amazing time.
