Unit 105 is a completely remodeled, ground floor unit with semi-private lawn area off the lanai. This is not just a place to sleep; it’s a feature unit at a destination property.

Kaanapali Shores is not just a place to stay; it’s a destination resort with all the amenities you would need for a perfect vacation, including: 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ area, coffee shop, beach restaurant & bar, shops, salon, health club with Precor and Life Fitness equipment, spa services, sun bathing lawn, immaculate grounds, free Wi-Fi, internet café, Expedia activity desk, and more. Not to mention it’s located right on the world famous Kaanapali beach. Across the street you’ll find a 24 hour super market, snorkel rental, restaurants, and more. Just down the street is a farmers market and famous ABC convenience store. Needless to say, we did our research before buying at Kaanapali Shores.
When remodeling our unit, we invested in our unit with the understanding that for us this is a second home, we will have many friends and family staying in our unit, and that if it’s clean, comfortable, and feels like home, you’ll tell others and come back year after year. We’re confident the unique features we’ve invested in will pay for themselves and you’ll notice the difference.

This property was so wonderful for our family vacation! We loved the dream location steps from the beach, being able to hear the waves while we sat on the lanai for morning coffee, and enjoyed all the amenities of home. Arthur was easy to communicate with, made check in a breeze, and provided lots of great information about the area.

Words can't express how happy we were with our stay at Arthur's place! From the moment we booked, Arthur was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions.The home had everything we could possibly need, including thoughtful amenities and beach equipment that made our stay even better. The air conditioning kept us comfortable, and the beds were exceptionally cozy.The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. Our mornings with coffee by the ocean are memories we'll always cherish. The sunsets are unforgettable. The location is perfect. We stayed at other locations to experience different parts of the island and this location was by far our favorite. We stayed 6 nights and should have done longer.We highly recommend Arthur's place and would gladly stay here again!

The condo was great for a small family of 4 with a 9yo girl and 11yo boy who loved the Murphy bed! The location can’t get any better than this. Pool, restaurant, and beach access all in one spot! The restaurant is ok, but having a kitchen made the breakfast solutions a breeze. The stacked washer and dryer were a bonus for all those beach day clothes. Fun fact, a couple frogs came out to visit in the lānai at night! so fun! 10/10 recommend!

This resort is very family friendly, especially for a large group of family visiting altogether. The location of this unit was close and easy to access all points of the resort. It was directly across from the restaurant you could walk right to the beach and enjoy the view of the ocean straight from the back door, which was our main entrance/exit that we used to get to and from the pools. We felt safe enough, going out the backside and leaving it unlocked. The restaurant on site was wonderful as well. They have some great mixed drinks and a good happy hour. it’s located near markets, restaurants and a nice food truck area. The room itself was very clean and well done. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you could possibly need. The room also came with everything you could need for the beach both adults and littles. Overall my family had an amazing time! We would recommend this place to anyone - and it’s a close walk to Dukes and Castaway Cafe on the beach!
