The staff was the best, took care of my kids and very accommodating Perfect for a stay with kids Communication was good before arrival Room was good Ivan and Sharlene was great Can’t remember one of the other guys but he assisted my kids all the time

Internet was not consistent, the delivery of food could be faster

Very nice boutique hotel we only stayed one night as we wanted somewhere near the airport. Service was excellent great to have the free shuttle to the airport.

Wasnt a concern for us but the location could be an issue for people staying longer without their own transport didnt seem to be much around locally

I like that the room is very spacious and well curated. Shower and toilet are separated and there's even a separate space/room with a sink to do your makeup and other things. I also like that they have a airport transfer that is free. They also give a snack before going to bed. Some staff are very attentive and helpful like Ivene.

My experience staying here felt like I was in someone's house and not a boutique hotel. Because the restaurant and the swimming pool is always teeming with people. More like a family reunion. Not one moment I enjoyed relaxing by the pool because it seems that the restaurant was booked for family party or something. I suppose its because its holiday season. Maybe it will be different if in an ordinary days. I also had a bad experience when I booked a massage in their spa; I was bitten by mosquitoes so it was very unpleasant during my session that is supposed to be destressing 😂. The therapist also was kinda mediocre, definitely not as good as I am used to. Maybe she was tired or something. A s yeah its quite outside the city so , you always need to book a tricycle to go out.
