CHEZ ALAIN

We were able to order breakfast and have a nice relaxing day by the pool, before our onwards journey early next morning. The room was nice and the location quiet.

The bed is rock hard.

As mentionned in the hotel description, the rooms are located in what I would call a park. There is beautiful vergetation all around. I had a bungalow, quite small, but cute, nicely decorated with also a place to sit outside. If you travel with a lot of luggage you may want another room, but for me it was perfect. There is a restaurant on the premises, and the food was fine. Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad. Restaurant prices were regular. There is also a nice pool. It's a nice place to stay at, a little far from the main drag maybe, but there are so many 'pouce-pouce' that it's fine.By the way, I was told the rate for the 'pouce-pouce' is 2000 ariary. I usually paid 2 to 3000.

Nothing really.

Our bungalow was modern and renovated. Clean. Slightly small but comfortable. The food is excellent. The surrounding environment is full of beautiful plants and flowers

Nothing

Overall the location is good, cheap and close to the main stations (bus and boat)

Mattress was a broken and room could have been a bit cleaner.
