Beautifully clean. Luxe feel.
Nice facilities such as coffee maker, fridge, washing machine, microwave, steam iron, clothes rack. Bath was a nice luxury too! Two showers is not necessary, but still nice ;)
Quiet.
Location about 15 mins walk to Gyeongbokging Palace, and 950m from closest metro. The area is lovely, feels very safe. Lots of cute coffee shops etc.
Host was very responsive and helpful with things like taxis and luggage (see below re luggage).
It’s a slight exaggeration to say there’s a ‘garden’. It’s a small pebbled area, with no seats.
The couch wasn’t very comfortable - you wouldn’t really be able to relax there for an evening.
Theres no option for luggage storage. However, in hindsight this was fine, as the closest metro is 950m away - so actually it would have been a pain to come all the way back there to get our luggage later in the day. On the recommendation of the host, we used T-Luggage at Seoul Station instead and that was great.
