I booked room, but I see close doors and not access to my room. sleeping in the street?

Good place to stay. Nice to have kitchen facilities.

The apartment was very well equiped. Only missing a hair dryer. The rooms were clean, lot of closet space which was appreciated. There were two showers as well as toilets, one upstairs (some guests apparently didn't check the whole area, because there were 2 toilets). It was very close to a shopping centre. The water was always hot as well as the heating 👍

The shared spaces were dirty, it could use more cleaning since most of the guests aren't able to clean up after themselves. Other than that nothing major. You get what you pay for.

Nothing, everything's wrong here

The house manager was rude, it wasn't clean, there were 9 rooms at least 2 people each and only 1 toilet which means at least 18 people for 1 toilet (it's like a war). Also the toilet is smelly and full of water inside, if someone (from the 18 people) showered it will be a wet floor for more than 4 hours, no dehumidifiers just a small ventilation. The manager was rude because we wanted to make an upgrade through booking.com and we told him 3 days in advance and also contacted booking.com, and he gave the room we wanted to another couple the day we were supposed to arrive and check in. He never messaged us back which led to us arriving trying to unlock the wrong door. When calling him he was screaming at us that he never agreed and that booking.com was wrong to give us the room because it wasn't available. At our app we could saw the room availability. We spoke with the couple that booked our room and they told us that they booked it last minute with verbal consent, without booking.com. Considering the time order we should take the room, we had the request 3 days ago he was just procrastinating and making things difficult for us. He simply didn't want to make the upgrade. I wouldn't suggest this hotel at all. It's far away from the city center, if it's windy it takes 3 or 4 times to get to the city center and there is nothing around here. Only 1 parking slot outside for 18 guests. Just pay a little extra and find another. This is not a hotel, it is a hostel. 9 rooms, 18 guests at least, 1 toilet. 4 rooms at the basement.

Good location. Fair price. Clean.

No help available after 21:00. No bathroom downstairs where half of the rooms are. outdated bathrooms.

The location is central, you can reach the airport by bus. Everything in the room was clean and sufficient. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, sufficient number of refrigerators.
