Nice terrace view. Spacious place. Nice location. Comfortable. Nice hosts. Nice facilities.
non working AC. Broken floor on the terrace. Some wobbly tiles in the bathroom. Very low supply of shower gel and shampoo, feels stingy. I am traveling for work, I don't want to buy my own.

Le calme, le confort, la terrasse spacieuse, la proximité des transports publics (10 minutes de bus de l'hyper-centre) et de nombreux commerces, le tri des ordures ménagères dans des bacs sur un coin de la terrasse, la possibilité de se garer dans la rue pour un prix raisonnable (env. 12€/24h) - et d'éviter les parking privés hors de prix !
Le climatisation pas toujours efficace, la machine à laver inutilisable (sécurité enfant impossible à ôter et pas de mode d'emploi à disposition), les dalles branlantes sur la terrasse ainsi que la table en mauvais état. Un parasol aurait été utile...

L'appartamento si trova a circa 30 minuti dal centro a piedi. Lo abbiamo trovato pulito. Essenziale ma pratico e piacevole.
Il bagno non è finestrato e i mobili sono un po' rovinati. C'è una lavatrice che non abbiamo usato. Il terrazzo è pavimentato con piastre in gran parte rotte e traballanti. Il tavolo esterno è privo di alcune listarelle. Si comunica solo tramite messaggi, nessun altro contatto. Nessuna risposta a fronte di una segnalazione.
