About this house rental
Summary:
A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether its work or play.
Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the "Holy City" via this clean,
home with a modern vibe.
Bring the entire family to enjoy the incredible comfortable beds, user friendly kitchen, huge backyard w/ patio, and we must not forget our upstairs game room for lots of fun and entertaining guest.
The Lavender Escape has easy access to the interstate to commute to our beautiful beaches, parks, & Shopping !
The Space:
We provide WiFi and have a Smart TV in the living room with access to Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. No Pets Allowed. Check in easily via the keypad on the front door. All of our beds have mattresses & pillows. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds, and bathroom essentials.
The Kitchen is fully ready to go with a refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, and basic cooking tools. There's a washer and dryer inside the laundry room.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property. EXCEPT the Garage.
The Neighborhood:
It's a quiet and established neighborhood. Right outside of the neighborhood is a main road in North Charleston, Ashley Phosphate, which has plenty of restuarants and stores nearby.
Getting Around:
You will need a car to around. It's only 10 minutes to Airport, restaurants, and shopping. Live like a local!
Other Things to Note:
There's a grill in the backyard but you must supply your own propane. Please clean the grill afterwards though. Otherwise we will have to charge a $50 cleaning fee.
Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.
No boats, trailers, or box trucks
Mid-Stay Cleaning for Longer Stays
For stays longer than 10 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the home fresh and comfortable throughout your visit. This helps ensure the property remains in great condition for your enjoyment. The mid-stay cleaning fee will be collected once the booking has commenced, and the cleaning will be scheduled prior to stay.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
There's a Ring Doorbell located near the Front Door.
Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.

Ok so this review is for a different house but same person.
There was a mix up with the booking and this location got double booked and the other people were already checked in before we could arrive. Things happen and its no big deal. We thought we would need to scramble to find a new place to stay. Not the case at all. Lacey was quick to get us in one of her other locations. She was very helpful in making sure there were no interruptions in our plans.
So this review is for a different location, but I am assuming the same stuff would have applied to the other location we booked. The house we stayed in was more down in Charleston. The house was huge. We have 3 adults and two teens staying the house and we did not feel crowded. The house was super clean and well layed out. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet for the most part minus some traffic noise from the freeway, mostly the occasional siren, nothing we arent already use to.
Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. The kids were in the double twin bed room. Everyone had their own bathroom and shower. The room my wife and I stayed in had a deck right off the master bedroom and the connected bathroom had a huge shower. All the furniture and beds were very comfy. It had a nice backyard though we didnt use it very much.
Check in and check out were very easy. Lacey was great. I would highly recommend any of her rentals and will definitely look for one of her rentals the next time we are down that way.

Location was very convenient. Just a short drive to the beach, grocery store and gas station literally right around the corner. The home was Decorated nicely and very well stocked with everything you might need! They gave you a few days supply of everything, from shampoo, soap and lotion to dish detergent laundry detergent, dryer sheets! Everything was well thought out and made it very comfortable. The kids LOVED the game room with the large connect four, giant Jenga and sorry games! The property manager was very kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The home looks just like the pictures posted, it was warm and inviting. Great location within 20 minutes of major attractions. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. I would recommend this stay for any of my family or friends.
