Must see this new, beautiful townhome located minutes to Birmingham, Homewood, and Mountain Brook. UAB, Fine Dining, Museums, Sporting events or Concerts are all easily accessible from this property. Well appointed inside to meet your every need, featuring High ceilings, Hardwood floors, Crown molding, Fabulous Kitchen with island and gas, marble countertops and tons of cabinets & pantry. REAR GATED Parking is a huge plus in the city. Local owners provide excellent service for guests. Walk to dinner or grab a pizza, or plan a fantastic "stay in" get away with fireplace, mounted televisions and privacy! This townhome is Super nice!

Another phenomenal weekend in Birmingham at this great Five Points townhome. We’ve stayed here many times, and it’s consistently clean, well-taken care of, and well-positioned for any activities in the core of Birmingham and out to many of its suburbs. Best of all, management is very responsive and communicates well ahead of our rental. We love it here! And, we’ll be back.
