About this house rental
Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.
Nestled in between farms Lakehouse Estate is only a few hundreds meters from Phillip Island main road and a km to both surf beaches and quiet back beaches. Parties and events are not allowed
Whether it be a walk around the lake, curling up on the huge reading chair, hitting the gym or shooting hoops we have no doubt you'll be able to find your own enjoyable space.

We used the house for an executive retreat which was perfect for interacting but also gave us space to ourselves and our own rooms. The house was well maintained and beautiful views. The host Steve was excellent and responded to any queries promptly.

Great family trip to Phillip Island. Property was stunning. Adults and kids had a ball. Close to everything on the island and plenty to do at the house. Would definitely stay again

We all had a great time during our stay. The property was very well set out and accommodated us all perfectly. The kitchen was amazing and the amount of fridge/freezer space was awesome. Thank you Steve
