Clean. Very nice accommodations

Location. Loud neighbors

Central to all the places we wanted to visit - Indian dunes, Michigan city and trip out to New Buffallo. Easy to find things to do and eat. The Zorn brewery is a really nice spot for food and entertainment. Inside the house was nice clean with comfy beds and although a bit noisy, effective aircon. Good parking spaces with easy access onto the back yard. Owners are responsive.

The neighborhood is not great but despite appearances of it being 'rough' there were no issues with anyone in the area at all. The outside yard space is really run down. We definitely didnt want to sit out there. There was debris in the garden and local cats use it as their litter box which is not so nice. The area needs some attention, fencing is blown down and propped up in places. But it is secure for your pets. The washer dryer is a nice to have but they need a good clean out as they are very musty. Also the vacuum was filthy inside the see through chamber. There were no covers on the single bed duvets so we took them off and just used the sheets. Im sure we could have asked the team for somethjng but it was warm enough not to worry.

The home was great. We had some minor issues when we first got there, but the host responded immediately and sent the handyman over asap. The house was well stocked with towels and games. My nephews loved playing with the beach toys, and my dad loved sitting by the fire.

The room with the 2 beds doesn't have vents in the room, so it can get kind of warm. I definitely recommend a box fan.

The house was cozy and comfortable. The AC worked great. I love washer and dryer. Everything we needed was there. Everything in town is eight minutes away. The house was nice, quiet, peaceful stay. Thank you 😊

The bathtub drained slowly. The back fence was hard too close. There was not a grill. There was some dust on the walls and light fixtures. Leave a note if the maintenance guy comes to charges to cameras.
