good room with nice bed, shower and kitchen.

the bathroom, bed and kitchen were good. Good Wifi.

Breakfast was not so much. Just 5 slices of bread, 2 croissants and few little parts of cheese (enough for 2 slices of bread so to little). And some juice.

Most annoying reception ever

Location is okay. In general, room was clean. Owner speaks English well, and if he wants, also Dutch.

Unfortunately I got a very unfriendly welcome from the owner. Allthough I received a confirmation and made the payment by Booking.com a few days before arrival, the owner was not expecting me to come. He was very unpolite and upset because I did not understand that his accommodation has another concept than usual by Booking.com. Besides your confirmed booking, you need to contact this host directly, in advance, to inform him that you are coming including your time of arrival. If not, your booking will not be noticed. Additionally the owner shared with me all his frustrations and anger about Dutch guests which in my opinion did not have anything to do with the fact that he did not notice my reservation. He requested me to leave early next day because they had planned some construction activities in the room. Misunderstanding can happen, but should be solved in a friendly and polite way, from my point of view. The toilet is at a lower floor than the room, in a dark staircase, which I did not like, especially during nighttime. The curtains at the window are not sufficient. An emergency exit light is attached in the bedroom, so the room is not very dark. In the staircase to the exit is no emergency light available.

A accomodation surpassing the expectaions from the pictures, sadly we just stayed for one night.

We received an unexpected upgrade to a bigger flat with a terrace and to a breakfast. The communication and check-in/check-out was very easy. The flat and kitchen were well equiped with everything needed.

Hoewel ik ruim tevoren geboekt had, leek de gastheer verrast door mijn komst. Ik kreeg het appartement i.p.v. de studio. Verder alles in orde. Ruim appartement met volledige keuken uitrusting. Koffie inbegrepen. Comfortabel bed.

Veel briefjes met aanwijzingen wat te doen en te laten in het appartement.

Notre séjour a été parfait. Le studio est très bien équipé et très bien situé, à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre. Je recommande !!

C'est bien situé. Je peux cuisiner et regarder la TV. Les restaurants sont tout près ainsi que le cinéma.

Petits mots partout pour hygiène et propreté ainsi que demandes particulières si besoin

Douche défectueuse (jet latéral qui fonctionne tres fort) et pommeau qui lui ne fonctionne pas, télévision qui s’auto allume a 2h du matin

Goed verblijf, prima bed, schoon. Fiets kon binnen staan.

Bij binnenkomst rook het sterk naar chloor, moest heel goed luchten. In de keuken zouden een paar wijnglazen en een keukenmesje welkom zijn. Het nr is overigens 17/2.

De ligging, de luxe van een ontbijt dat prima verzorgd was. We zijn altijd in Huy om de KarlingShidro bij Yeunten Ling bij te wonen en het scheelt een uur ‘s morgens als we niet eerst op jacht moeten nadat een broodje
