L’emplacement et la qualité

Principalmente la ubicación. El departamento esta en plena plaza donde existen una variedad importante de restaurantes y comercio local. Mi estadía fue durante días calurosos y el hecho que todas las habitaciones tuviesen aire acondicionado ayudó mucho. El departamento y su infraestructura (camas, loza, cocina, electrodomésticos, baños, toallas etc etc) es muy buena. Deben saber que el estacionamiento esta a una cuadra, el cual si bien es gratis y seguro, tiene un reglamento que hay que cumplir.
El acceso, ascensor y escalas no son lo expedito que uno desea para llegar al tercer piso. Si estas apurado podría ser un problema, recomiendo no andar apurado :-). En lo personal que no existan vistas (ventanas) hacia calles, patio, ciudad me complicó un poco. parece observatorio astronómico ya que toda las vistas son al cielo. Sin embargo es un gusto personal y en ningún caso afectó mi estadía ni el de mi familia, solo que no estoy acostumbrado a esos formatos pero me adapté rápido.

Clean and comfortable
Not good for families. Roof windows only and noisy outside plus of course owner gets disturbed because they live lower level apartment.
