The fact that the house was in a safe and quiet neighborhood provided a good holiday opportunity.

The house was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. In general, everything was thought of in the house.

The facilities inside the house can be further enriched. Spare tea and coffee can be placed. Bed linens can be chosen more colorful. The bench could be more comfortable.

Vriendelijke communicatie, alles was voor handen, dichtbij de tram en het strand, goed bed en goede douche.

4 jours à la mer, nieuport son canal et la digue.

Logement propre et moderne, calme et proche à pied du canal et de la digue. La télévision est disponible en version web, je n'ai pas réussi à tourver l'accès télé bien utile en période de mauvais temps. Bonne communication via booking avec le propriétaire.

Nous étions à entre 15 à 20 mn de marche de la digue. Pas d'assenceur pour monter. Les renseignements concernant le local à poubelle et le local à vélo sont arrivés avec un jour de retard. Le parking gratuit promis est situé le long de la route principale après le feu rouge de l'autre côté de la chaussée, celle ci était en travaux avec des interdictions de stationner partielles.

Décevant! On a même pas profité car ma fille de 8 mois avait un lit sur place mais casser !

Le lit de bébé était cassé, ma fille s’est fais mal à cause de cela. J’ai averti le propriétaire de l’établissement le Jours même Il a dit qu’il allais faire le nécessaire et qu’il allais nous faire un remboursement pour pas que j’aille faire de réclamation au près de booking. Il a rien à fais du tous. Il disais qu’il étais en vacances. L’appartement n’étais pas propre du tous

De matras heeft zijn beste tijd gehad , geen lift , je moet alles tot op de 2de verdieping dragen , accomodatie is goed voor een dag of twee , maar een week zouden we hier niet kunnen blijven

Parfait

Tout était très bien, on peut facilement se garer tout près, le quartier est joli, la plage est à 15 minutes à pied, arrivée et départ autonome avec une boîte à clefs, l'appartement est très propre et bien équipé, jolie salle de bain et le lit comme le divan lit sont très confortables. Les interactions avec le propriétaire, Karl, ont été faciles et agréables, bref, un très bon rapport qualité-prix, je recommande ! 🙂

Tussen strand en stad

Een aangenaam weekend beleefd. Mooi ingerichte studio. Een aparte ruimte (handig als je partner langer slaapt) met goed uitgeruste keuken en tafel.. Een tramhalte voor de deur zodat je snel in Nieuwpoort Bad of Nieuwpoort Centrum bent (of verder).

Tip: Gesorteerd afval kan in de gezamenlijke ruimte beneden. Dit was niet zo duidelijk.

Kuns appartement met privé parking

Knus appartement voorzien van alle comfort. 15 min wandelen tot de kustlijn of 15 min wandelen tot Nieuwpoort stad. Privé parking is een must! Communicatie met de gastheer verliep zeer vlot. Mogelijkheid tot huren van handdoeken en lakenpakket is een voordeel.

De microgolf is enkel om op te warmen. Er is geen combi mogelijkheid zodat broodjes afbakken niet mogelijk is. Ondanks de gordijnen blijft het straatlicht wat binnenkomen zodat het nooit echt donker wordt in de slaapkamer.
