The apartment is lovely and is in a good location.

It was not clear that guests are required to bring their own bedding and towels. I have never experienced this with any Bookig.com listings. One assumes that all bedding and towels would be provided. Even hostels provide this! We had a very long journey to get to the location and then were very disappointed to find that we couldn't immediately shower or sleep. The hosts were not helpful at all in addressing this issue. The 2 bedrooms are very small - only space for a bed and no space for bags.

C'était super!

J ai adoré la situation géographique et la sympathie des hôtes (échange par sms).

Il manque des petits équipements utiles comme un égouttoir pour la vaisselle, du sel, du poivre,.....les petites nécessités qu'on a pas envie d'amener pour un we... L'ascenseur et la cage d'escalier un peu petit quand on doit monter des bagages.

De accommodatie is een hele fijne, knusse appartement woning, met op wandelafstand naar de dijk/het strand. Alles was proper en in orde, zeker een aanrader! Goeie nachtrust gehad, en nog een fijne ochtendwandeling voor we naar huis gingen!

Modern knus appartement voor weekendje zee met een ideale ligging.

Fantastische ligging in Nieuwpoort Bad. Moderne inrichting van het appartement. Gezellig terras. Leuk dat er enkele zandscheppen voor de kinderen waren.

Iets te klein. Vooral de slaapkamer met het dubbelbed, want het bed zit aan beide kanten ingesloten tussen de muren. Ook was het tamelijk warm in het appartement, ondanks het buiten niet echt warm was (circa. 22°C). Geschikt voor 1 of 2 overnachtingen met een gezin, maar niet voor langer.

Tolle Lage. Modern eingerichtet.

Die Wohnung wurde modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Der Wohnbereich bietet für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur 1 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Und Parkplätze sind, zumindest im April, ausreichend vorhanden gewesen.(6 Euro/Tag)

Leider wurde die Wohnung nicht vor unserer Ankunft gereinigt. Der Boden war voll Krümel und Staub. Im Waschbecken lagen Haare und die Toilette wies noch Spuren vom vorherigen Mieter auf. Toilettenpapier gab es nicht. Wir mussten somit welches kaufen. Weiterhin wurde ein total schmutziges, nasses Geschirrhandtuch einfach in den Schrank gelegt. Wir mussten ersteinmal lüften. Die Matratzen waren ebenfalls sehr schmutzig. Viele Flecken und Haare. Leider gab es keine Matratzenauflagen. Laken haben wir selbst mitgebracht. Ach, und wer Privatsphäre im Bad braucht, ist hier falsch. Es gibt nur eine Schiebetür aus Glas, die nicht richtig schließt. Von der anderen Seite kann mann demnach alles sehen. Nicht so toll.

Enorme visgeur in het app., 2 pers. slaapplaats was alleen een matras tss. 2 muren geduwd. WC was zichtbaar vanuit de leefruimte als je er gebruik van maakte. (Doorzichtige wand)Kookplaten veel te klein en de microgolf stond veel te laag, waardoor er vuil in lag (haren).

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Der Geruch im Hausflur war sehr unangenehm. Das Waschbecken im Bad war dreckig und verstopft. Die Armaturen im Bad und in der Küche waren lose. Es gab nicht eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Die Tür vom Badezimmer war durchsicht. Man konnte vom Wohnzimmer ins Badezimmer rein schauen aber nicht vom Badezimmer ins Wohnzimmer. Das war sehr unangenehm...

Douche froide ! Je me suis demandée pourquoi la vanne était sur 50. Et bien même sur 50 c'était pas chaud. Grand lit calé entre les trois murs. Claustrophobe sabstenir. 2 couettes donc prévoir 2 housses et pas une grande housse. Prévoir sel. Poivre. Et huile pour cuire. Une seule clé mise à disposition. Lumière artificielle trop peu présente le soir il fait sombre. Un luminaire supplémentaire ne serait pas de trop. Pas de fenetre dans la 2e chambre. Futon mince pour les lits superposés Oreiller plein de boules de ouate. Prenez le votre pour bien dormir.

Gezellige plek vlakbij de zee!

Heel gezellig ingericht plekje, vlakbij het strand en winkelstraat. Alles was aanwezig zoals omschreven. De hosts waren ook flexibel over het in- en uitchecken wat voor ons een grote meerwaarde was!

De deur van de badkamer/toilet sluit niet helemaal (niet zo comfortabel) en was met papier afgedekt om inkijk te voorkomen (niet zo esthetisch).

Wij werden van dit appartement héél erg gelukkig!

De ligging van het appartement is geweldig. Vanuit de kamer en vanaf het balkon heb je een heerlijk uitzicht op de winkelstraat en het winkelend publiek. Het appartement zelf is gezellig klein. De inrichting is super! Je ziet dat tijdens de voltooiing van het appartement óveral over na is gedacht tot in het kleinste detail. Dat maakt het appartement zo leuk en gezellig. Het is modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Kan niet wachten tot de eerst volgende keer, want dan maak ik zeer zeker weer gebruik van dit appartement "Klein geluk". Wij werden er in ieder geval erg gelukkig van!
