    Lovely onsen bath, comfy bed and pillow, slept well. Staff were more than willing to help us out - recommend!

    A very clean, safe, and convenient place to stay before your flight. It's close to the station within the domestic terminal 1 and also a minute walk from the free shuttle bus to terminal 2 & 3. There's a food court down the escalator out the front so you don't have to worry about going far if you're jet-lagged or not wanting to travel back into Tokyo before your flight. I was very happy with my stay and will definitely stay again should I return to Tokyo

    This was my second time staying in a capsule hotel. The room wasn’t very small, as it had only one tier and a high ceiling. I was woken up by some noise when new guests arrived around midnight. One thing I didn’t like was the number of tokens required: one to enter the hotel area, one to collect a suitcase, and another to lock the safe in the room. I had two bags and a suitcase, and keeping everything together wasn’t easy. This system should really be managed with a single card or a mobile app. At one point, I couldn’t find one of the tokens, and checking all my bags and pockets added unnecessary stress. I needed to leave very early to catch a taxi to Terminal 3, but the front desk staff didn’t seem to understand how guests were supposed to exit the building. I had to speak with multiple people before finally figuring out what to do. This time I had to stay here due to the early mornung flight. If my flight wasn't so early, I wouldn't stay this hotel.
