O local é simplesmente sublime. Tive a sorte de estar no início da Primavera, com floração profusa e diversa. O jardim é encantado(r).
A casa principal, onde é servido o pequeno almoço, é um charme. As funcionárias são muito atenciosas e eficientes.
Na Casa do Jardineiro, onde fiquei alojada, o bom gosto e a simplicidade misturam-se como a pedra e a madeira. A lareira é deliciosa. O quarto é muito confortável, espaçoso e romântico. Temperatura sempre agradável.
Uma estadia memorável
A saída do parque de estacionamento deveria ter um espelho para permitir a visualização do transito da estrada - pode ser perigoso sair.

The Grove House is situated in a many acres of landscaped gardens. When we stayed everything was in bloom, from azaleas to wildflowers and ornamental cherry trees. The air was so fragrant and the perfect temperature. The setting is secluded but close to Guimares and a natural park.

It is on a hill panorama point outside Guimaraes - a popular spot for locals for an excursion and a bit outside a tourist destination. It gave us a glimpse of another view of the city. The grounds are wonderful!
It is built on the side of the road. Not a big issue, though.
