The property was nice and clean and was well heated as it was very cold during our stay
There were a number of issues with the property- the power kept shorting and it took nearly 4 hours to have someone take a look. We were advised not to use more than one appliance at a time.
The toilet didn’t flush properly and water would run loudly for a significant amount of time after every flush.
There were no basic pantry staples such as salt and pepper for the kitchen. Buying these items when travelling for only a few days seems a waste and should be provided

Location and responsiveness to my questions.
There were some issues in the bathroom. The quality of construction is not good enough. It made the stay uncomfortable for a family of 4.

Perfectly located studio at the heart of the historic center. It's in an old renovated building, easy to find and to access. Parking is not available in the premises, but there is a large affordable indoor parking garage nearby.
The studio was very clean and comfortable.
When arriving at the studio after dinner we were surprised with water having leaked from the ceiling and a sizeable puddle on the floor. Tried to contact the hosts using the number provided with no response. Also sent them a message with pictures and I have obtained no response, not even after we have left the property.
Breakfast was conveniently left by the door in the morning, and although we didn't expect a luxury spread, the options were limited and the bread was not fresh.
