Heated during the colder months, the pool is yours to enjoy all year round. Additionally the pool is situated on a fenced-in double lot shaded by mature bamboo with a large grassy area. Plenty of privacy for guests and pets! Enjoy BBQing poolside on the grill and sipping your morning coffee on the screened-in patio.
Perfect for entertaining with an open family room, dining room, and full kitchen, and the backyard oasis! Only 10-mins from the beach and Downtown St Augustine! Less than 5 mins from restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping! Fast WIFI. Remote-worker friendly- dedicated workspace! Offer extra driveway for the Boat/Trailer/RV!
Pet-friendly. Fully fenced backyard. Dogs must be noted on reservation and pet fee applied. No cats allowed. Up to two dogs per booking. No size or breed restrictions. Additional dogs may be permitted if approved in advanced.

No excessive noise, events, or partying at any time. Quiet hours after 9pm.
Ring security cameras are located in clear sight at exterior entrance(s) only. Please do not block or obstruct the cameras in any way.
All guests must be accounted for on guest list. Visitors who are not on the guest list are not permitted on the property without prior approval of the host.
Smoking, drugs, and illegal activity will not be tolerated.
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
Child friendly, but is not child proof. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
If guest chooses to launder towels or bedding provided by host (not required), please wash whites separate from colors and pretreat any stains.
Cost of missing, stained, or damaged items will be charged to the guest.
Need for excessive cleaning or not following house rules is subject to additional fees starting at $200 per offense and reservation may be canceled without refund.

We loved staying here! Everything amentity wise was great & only took a few minutes to St Augustine's attractions. Made it easy to accomplish a lot of activities & dip in the pool in-between. Would love to stay at this location again.
