Welcome to our centrally located 3-bedroom home, nestled in the quaint and quiet suburbs north of Dallas – just a 30-minute drive away from the downtown historic district!
At 1,630 square feet, this cozy spot is the perfect getaway for large groups or families with children and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

Inside the house you will find a pleasant open plan living area and 3 modern bedrooms with beautiful furnishings.
The space
As you walk down the hall, you will be greeted with our dazzling living room – beautifully decorated with a cozy area rug and a large seating area for friends and family to enjoy a relaxing evening. Additionally, there are two large 65" and 55" smart TV’s with Netflix and Roku installed to keep everyone entertained. The living room has a sofa and recliner chair.

The bedrooms contain a comfortable 2 King beds , 1 Queen Bed and 1 twin bed with high-quality soft pillows as well as blind out curtains designed to ensure a good night’s sleep.
The house can comfortably sleep 8 guests.

For those who are looking to cook up a storm, be sure your culinary delights will be satisfied using high-quality tools and stainless-steel appliances in our open-concept kitchen. This includes an oven, stove, microwave, cookware, glassware, dinnerware as well as a refreshing coffee bar to start off your day with a warm cup of perfectly brewed tea/coffee.
At days end, take a refreshing shower in one of our 2 sparkling bathrooms – all fully equipped and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
