*There is one operational security camera located at the front door, in the form of a Ring doorbell which records both visually and audibly. There is also a security camera facing the driveway & alleway and is actively recording 24/7 during your stay. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously

We had a great stay at Palm Springs - Grandparents with two of our grandkids in the heat of a Texas summer. The pool made all the difference in the world! Nicely designed, well built, and very clean.The house is very tastefully decorated, furnished, and equipped. The game room is a blast! High quality pool table and 5 wall-mounted games. We especially enjoyed the large-size Connect-4 game.Very comfortable bedrooms, great mattresses. Nicely appointed bathrooms.Well-appointed kitchen: stove, oven, frig all good quality. Dishes, pots & pans all good.Good TV’s, sign in to your own streaming services. Very nice Bluetooth speaker to play your own music.The listing is very clear about all the road work going on in the neighborhood and it’s true, but we just turned up the music during their work hours and enjoyed the nice oasis that is Palm Springs!
