在平台下訂之後過了幾天才發現信箱收到民宿信件，告知要加LINE匯訂金才算真的完成預訂，還好有在入住前發現，如果太晚發現被取消會欲哭無淚。抵達後環境清幽蟲鳴鳥叫很喜歡，還能看到台東市區夜景，小管家親切接應我們，詳細說明入住說明，還提醒我們晚上外出小心遇到野生山羌或猴子。大廳有飲水機跟須付費的泡麵零食。房間的隔音很不錯，空調也OK，睡的不錯，浴室非常大，就是電不知道是不是收訊問題整個跑不動。因為一早有行程得先退房，老闆有提供合作的早餐店，一房200元的扣打可以使用，是個不錯的備案。
下訂之前都不知道還需看信件，預付訂金才算真的預約成功，如果老闆沒收到住客回信，希望能主動電話聯繫，讓沒留意到信件的住客不會莫名被取消。

房源乾淨安靜，設施齊全，庭園停車方便，綠草坪更舒壓。
屋主熱情提供在地資訊，節省旅人摸索時間，是會讓人愛上而不捨得離開的住宿😍。
