Die Schranktür unter der Spüle ist lose, der Wasserhahn in der Spüle ebenso. Das Kochfeld ist alt und schwach. Der Platz in der separaten Toilette ist extrem eingeschränkt. Die Stühle von billigster Qualität wackeln und sind ungemütlich hart.

The apartment itself is spacious, clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. There is a grocery store directly across the street and many restaurants, cafés and public transport options nearby. Check-in was easy, and the host generally responded quickly to questions. For a longer stay, I also appreciated that towels and bed linen were changed weekly.

The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. The listing indicated that the apartment had AC, but in reality there was only an evaporative air cooler, which was ineffective during the very hot weather. The apartment stayed extremely warm at night and I slept poorly because of it. Because of this, I asked whether I could shorten my 18-night stay and move to an air-conditioned hotel, but the host declined. He then offered to get a mobile AC unit the next day, which seemed like a reasonable solution. However, the unit never arrived, and when I followed up asking for an update, he stopped responding entirely. I found this particularly disappointing given that AC had been advertised and I had already offered the alternative of leaving early. There was also a serious issue with the gas boiler. The carbon monoxide detector repeatedly alarmed while I was showering and at one point showed more than 150 ppm. The host initially told me not to worry and attributed it to the hot weather. After I expressed concern about the measured levels, he arranged for a technician to inspect the boiler. The problem could not be fixed during my stay, and I was advised to shower only during cooler parts of the day and keep doors and windows open. Fortunately, the weather became somewhat cooler during the second week, which made both the heat in the apartment and the boiler issue less problematic.
