About this house rental
Welcome to our clean, safe, quiet, one-level, stand-alone private home, affectionately known as "The Oxford". It boasts new luxury with easy access to shopping on the Square, campus life, spending time with family, as well as Ole Miss sporting events.
It sits on a private road amongst crape myrtles. You'll enjoy spacious porches with six (6) rocking chairs to enjoy your favorite beverage, while being with friends and family. Hardwood floors run throughout with bedrooms offering new Boll & Branch linens (2 Queen beds & a King bed), plush new mattresses in each room, blackout curtains, ceiling fans, spacious closets, high speed wifi, mounted new high definition Smart TVs (one 50" and two 43") with all access to every sports channel through Sling TV, sitting areas, USB outlets, and a designated work area with desk and office chair.
The kitchen offers granite countertops, brick flooring, custom cabinetry, complete new cooking utensils and tools, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, and new full Keurig coffee bar with assorted coffee flavors. The Oxford includes an easily converted dining table (seats up to 8), bar seating (seats up to 3), and a full-size washer and dryer with iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack. There is a generous supply of toiletry items. The Oxford is a short 2.3 mile drive to campus, .75 miles to MTrade baseball, softball, and soccer fields, & 1.7 miles to the airport.

Wonderful place to stay for a game weekend. House is convenient to get to campus. Quiet and peaceful area. House very clean, roomy, comfy and stocked adequate bath linens. Would definitely recommend. Owner offers great local recommendations and house info.

The house is adorable - newly decorated, wonderful amenities, close to campus, and safe. We appreciated the thorough guest services book, welcome basket and stocked kitchen. We would love to stay at this property again when we visit our son at Ole MIss. Thank you!
