About this apartment rental
Just minutes from the University of Mississippi and the famous downtown square. Located just off of highway 6. You can be at any destination in Oxford within minutes. Come stay at our condo in a gated community. Our condo is a spacious 2 story condominium with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is downstairs with an adjoining bathroom. The master has a queen size bed. The
2 additional bedrooms upstairs each have adjoining bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has single bunk bed over double bed with single trundle. The spacious open concept floor plan has a fully equipped kitchen. The living and dining area are open to the kitchen. The dining room table seats 6. The bar area has 3 additional bar stools. The vaulted living room has an oversized sectional. Two additional guests could easily sleep on the sectional. There is a 52" flat screen television in the living room and an additional TV upstairs.. Wireless internet is available for your stay. There is a patio with a grill available for use. The swimming pool is located directly across the street from our condo. There is also plenty of green space. Our condo has 3 reserved parking spots adjacent to the building. Property is next door to public 9 hole golf course.

Lovely condo in great gated neighborhood. Loved the Ole Miss theme throughout! Very comfortable and clean. Perfect for our family and friends! The one negative is the property owner VERY slow to respond to communications and non/responsive if you message in the VRBO site.He did post his cell number and he did after some time respond from there. Luckily we didn’t need for anything major. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!

The condo was perfect for our weekend stay to attend the Morgan Wallen concert—myself, husband, friend and 2 teenagers. The co do was perfect for us, everyone had their own space/beds/bathrooms. It was clean, well appointed and close to campus. I would definitely stay here again!
