About this house rental
Fall in love with this adorable home only 1/2 mile to downtown Oxford. Our cozy cottage has a fabulous location for a fun-filled weekend at Ole Miss. Newly constructed in 2020, this one level, 3 bedroom/3.5 bath southern charmer has everything your group could want for an unforgettable college town visit. Each of the three bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom and walk in closet. An open floor plan opens the kitchen to the den into one large space, great for entertaining. Shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, farmhouse sink and huge center island make this kitchen excellent for cooking for a crowd and an excellent gathering space. Our house is a short walk, only two streets over from Harrison’s Bar featuring a large outdoor space and live music. Walkable to all things OXFORD! 1.1 mile to the Grove, 1.1 mile to Swayze baseball field, 1.5 mile to Vaught-Hemingway Football stadium. Furniture update July 2024, 2 king beds, 2 queen beds. We have made an extra sleeping space out of our office, with a queen bed across hall from 1/2 bath. New fire pit in backyard. Firewood not included.

This house was beautiful and perfect for our football weekend getaway with a group of friends. Great location-close to everything but also tucked away at the end of the street with a nice front porch and fire pit area in backyard. Our host was very responsive and made restaurant and shopping recommendations. Highly recommend!

The host was quick to respond to all messages. The amenities were superior. The house was stocked with all the things…towels, paper products, cups, updated bathrooms, and all the appliances on the market! The location is superb as it is within walking distance ( 5 minutes) to the Square. It was unseasonably cold for our stay, so the outdoor fire pit was a winner! This is the sweetest little house, located in the buzz of activity, and drenched in “Ole Miss” charm.

Our favorite place that we have stayed at and will definitely check here first before reserving another VRBO when visiting our daughter. The home is absolute perfection.
