Gorgeous resort style home with all the amenities in Tavernier on the south end of Key Largo. 1 mile from shopping plaza with grocery store, Dunkin’ Donuts and Irish pub. Beautifully landscaped private home with pool, lighted sports area, hot tub, workout area, outdoor shower and grill, and fire-pit.
A huge side lot with deck and covered outdoor dinning table and chairs and reclining sun chairs. Separate gazebo with hot tub, fan and bluetooth speakers.
Under house is a covered activity or party area with table & chairs, dart board, ax throwing, archery, cornhole, frisbee and more. Large projection TV and smaller TV available outside.
Complete work out area under the house with weights, pull up bar, inversion table, lifecycle and heavy bag.
One block from the ocean and Harry Harris park w/ beach and boat ramp. Room for boat or RV. . Free use of kayaks and paddle-boards.
Entire house including kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded in the last five years. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware and serving dishes and utensils. Includes all linens, blankets, extra sheets and pillows. Also, bath towels and wash cloths as well as pool and beach towels.

My husband and I had an extremely enjoyable time at Jeff’s house. It was exactly as advertised. Jeff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. We enjoyed every aspect of the home and the location. We enjoyed the pool, sunsets, sunrises and all of the amenities of the house. If you’re looking for a relaxing, exciting or adventurous time in the keys, this house is perfect. Easy access to boating, swimming and kayaking. We will definitely do our best to visit again. You will not be disappointed!! Thanks again Jeff for a great month!!

We loved this place. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained by the owner Jeff. The best part was the pool area and hot tub with plenty of seating on the pool deck and the elevated, shaded platform. The grill was easy to use and top notch. The living room is very big and comfortable with plenty of seating for everyone. So was the dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need. The views from the living space were spectacular, looking out on to lush tropical trees and plants. I think that was my favorite part. There were also lots of fun things to do here, including access to Jeff's kayaks, paddleboards, anti-gravity beach chairs, dart game, hatching throwing, corn hole, and lots of outdoor speakers for your music. The pool and sauna were clean and beautifully maintained. Harry Harris Park is beautiful and although beach access was somewhat limited (except for a nice safe place for the little ones), it worked perfectly for setting up Jeff's chairs for a few hours to look out over the ocean and read a book. Some renters may want to know ahead of time that Jeff lives in a separate unit downstairs with a private back entrance, although we would not be discouraged from renting it again because of this. We found him to be easy going and good company yet gave us our space.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff's house. He has worked hard to make sure his home has everything that you could want. We really appreciated him accommodating anything that we might need and to make our vacation such a great time! Whether we were out on the water or spending time at his house, our vacation included everything that we enjoy when you are in the Keys! Thanks again Jeff

We booked for the month, but learned that the owner actually lived on the property. He informed us that he would be home half way through our stay, which completely surprised us. This was advertised as a private home and NOT as a shared home. We left before he returned and did get reimbursed for the remainder of our stay. It wasn’t the long romantic stay we planned for but the home, private pool and yard were beautiful.
