About this house rental
Completely updated double wide manufactured home with dock with bayside access to the ocean. Great for water sports and relaxing within this charming waterfront community. Fully furnished and remodeled. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has a bunk bed twin size on the bottom and a full bed on top. Living room has a very large couch which can easily accommodate two adults but it is not a sleeper sofa.
Boats are welcome ( up to 28') for an extra charge and with prior notification. be advised that access to these canals are not for the novice boat owner as access is kinda of tricky. Outside patio with grill and very large living room with flat screen TV. You can jump in the water right off the back dock , just be careful with the manatees that may be lurking in the mornings ( not kidding; we see them all the time ). This place has its own special charm if you are looking for how it used to be in the Florida Keys. Stongly suggest you rent paddle boards/ kayaks for great morning and evening excursions. Great restaurants nearby and the sunsets are truly amazing. Extra charges per person will apply for over 5 guests. ( Maximum 7 allowed ).
Unit does not offer phone but does offer internet service. Basic cable is available. Property manager lives near. Zero Tolerance for Drugs. Smoking inside the house will cause forfeiture of security deposit.
Due to local regulations minimum lease commitment is 6 months plus one day.

Comfortable basically three bedroom home with a lot of amenities updated directly on the Canal great place for boarding and kayaking wonderful restaurants close by the kids feel safe walking around the community .
Awesome fishing nearby and seeing manatees in the water is always a pleasure .

We had a great time at this rental house, everything met our expectations. House was not a 5 star hotel but it sure wasnt a dump either.

What activities, attractions and restaurants did you like or dislike near by - TOOK THE WATERWAY IN THE BACK OUT TO THE GULF WITH PADDLE BOARDS. THERE IS SOME GREAT WILDLIFE SITESEEING JUST OUTSIDE OF THE CHANNEL!

If you're into water anything, swimming, fishing, boating this little three canal community is the perfect place. The kids play freely on the streets and in the water, it's a wonderful site. This community boost the most beautiful sunsets EVER!!!
