the house is located in a quiet area 20 minutes from Montpellier by car, 15 minutes from Sète, 15 minutes from the beach of Aresquiers, many bike rides possible (cycle paths)
1 cat named Biscotte will be present in the garden, we will leave something to feed him.
Security system: alarm on and off, 2 outdoor motion sensors, 3 non-filming security devices activated if desired
