The building requires copies of identities/passports of all guests at least 1 hour before check-in. if it is not delivered, entry will not be allowed, sorry.
The building does not allow visitors during guests' stay, without exceptions.
If the guest fails to comply with the rule or insists with the reception, they will receive a fine of 3 thousand reais BRL.
