• Pets are allowed. Up to 2 small dogs only (20 lbs.). A minimum pet fee of $100 applies for up to 4 nights per pet. After the 4th night, the fee is $25 per night per pet.

Additional fees may apply based on the time requested. Guests who overstay without prior approval will be charged $100 per hour, rounded up.

• Please note that guests do not have access to the mailbox. If you plan to ship items to the property, only UPS and FedEx deliveries are allowed.

• PLEASE SETTLE YOUR PET FEES BEFORE ARRIVAL. We do not allow unregistered pets and unpaid pet fees into the property

• For all non-Airbnb reservations, we require guests to provide photos of their IDs along with a selfie holding the ID for registration purposes. This process ensures the safety and security of our guests and property. Please rest assured that all submitted information will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for verification purposes.

• Upon arrival park in the designated parking space in the empty driveway, 1 parking spot on the side of the house.

* Please note that the thermostat at the property is currently not operational. However, to ensure your comfort, space heaters have been placed in the common areas for your use.

• You can street park at Brookdale Ave. Please follow all the street signs you will see just in case.

• Guests under the age of 25 are restricted from booking an entire home if they live locally and don’t have at least 3 positive reviews.

• Quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am

• NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside the property. This is strictly enforced. If cigarette butts are found inside, there will be a $250 charge for lingering interior smoke smell.

• Items Left Behind: Shipping starts at $25. For bigger items, costs may vary

• Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7

• GENERAL LIFE RULE: If you see it, read it; if you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.

Please note that periodic maintenance visits, including services like pest control, landscaping, and trash collection, may occur during your stay. While we aim to minimize any inconvenience, we'll notify you in advance if any scheduled appointments coincide with your reservation dates.
