Cute and well maintained cape on a quiet street in a charming beach town. Modern kitchen with breakfast island and dining table, ample outdoor seating space on both front and back porch, newly renovated basement with additional living and entertainment space, and private driveway for 2 cars. 5 min drive to Walnut Beach and Silver Sands State Park, 15 min to Yale/New Haven, and less than 90 min (~65 miles) to New York City.

The home is described as listed. Had one question and answered by owner rapidly. Only suggestion I can make is to have small hand rail placed for first 3 steps of stairs going up to the 2nd level.

This was a great home with a large dining room and bar. We hosted a small group for Thanksgiving and it was perfect!
