The toilet was so small that we were not able to open the door properly . The breakfast was ok.

The location was very close to the airport, which was really convenient. We didn’t have any cash and tried to ask the taxi driver to stop at an ATM on the way, but there was a language barrier. Luckily, when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist kindly paid the taxi fare in cash for us, and we then paid for both the stay and the taxi by card. We were told off for coming down to breakfast at 9:50, even though breakfast was served until 10:00. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much food left, but the lovely lady cooking breakfast kindly made us some fresh eggs. Our room also had a lovely window, which we really liked.

Although the hotel was located on a quiet street and conveniently close to the airport, the nearest metro station was around a 25-minute walk away. The hotel could also benefit from some minor cosmetic improvements, including repairs to the window frame, as part of it was covered with tape.

Good location and proximity to train station and airport. Price was solid.

Staff were maybe a bit under trained/young, but good. Shower needs a door, water got everywhere. Ventilation in the room/bathroom needed to be better so that the water could evaporate. We had to run the AC a lot to dry things out. Sink could use a better clean.

Location is great. Couple minutes walking from main street (Rustavelli) with a lot of shops, cafe and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Special thanks to a young man at the reception (forgot to ask his name) who was very helpful.

Price/value ratio - mmm, maybe not that great. My personal expectations were higher. May be location is factored in. Hotel is not new. Generally it is tidy and clean. Floor cover was little bit shabby. Canteen (certainly not a restaurant) is sort of ok. There were eight small tables. I was there on Sat morning and it was quite full. I was lucky there was one table available. Breakfast is also ok. Glad I found there fried eggs and sausages. Good thing there was a coffee maker. One weird thing in the room is there is a fridge and a tea pot but you cannot really use them because the electrical outlet was far away behind the TV set (I made couple photo). that was a little funny and sad. Well, I stayed there just one night and it was not a big problem for me but if someone stays longer that could become irritating.
