Chui Cottage with tennis facing Mt Kenya & near Ngare Ndare

Prachtig groot huis, mooi en stijlvol ingericht, en van alle gemakken voorzien! Heerlijke bedden. De kok is fantastisch, heerlijke ontbijtjes, lunch en avondeten. Supervriendelijk personeel.

Emplacement, grand terrain, chambres et ammeublement, jeux (tennis, ping pong), hôtes.

La nourriture, cuisinée par Josphat était excellente. Les équipements (court de tennis, home cinema, table de ping-pong) très biens. Les recommandations, les conseils, le sundowner en haut de la colline, le feu pour les marshmallows, tout était parfait.

Our time at Chui Cottage was purely magical. One previous guest said in a review that they were thinking of not posting a review, because they want to keep Chui Cottage to themselves and I really feel that. ;) This place is truly special. The houses are so cozy and comforting, you could easily spend a week here without leaving the premises, because the atmosphere is so nice. I would recommend to leave the house though and do a bush walk at Ngare Ndare Forest for example or take a trip to Lolldaiga Conservancy for a game drive. We did both and it was amazing. But our time at the cottage would have probably only been half as nice if John, Josphat and Mungai hadn’t been there. They took such great care of us, it exceeded our expectations by far. The food was amazing, they went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We will forever remember the evenings at the bonfire and John’s support in spotting Kenya’s wildlife at Lolldaiga. Thank you guys for everything. Our time at Chui Cottage was the highlight of our Kenya trip and we definitely want to come back!
