The facility is situated in a pleasant environment and is well-maintained. The cleaning was done every day
You have to pay extra for all other amenities, like swimming and using the gym. it is not only for Charity Chalet but the entire Great Rift Resort and Golf

Location is peaceful. Next time, include activities offered within as part of the package so we do not have to keep going to the reception to pay.
The cleaning staff were intrusive. Came by the house returning a pan from the upstairs property and did not introduce herself. She walked into the kitchen, returned the pan, and then went to the closet to gather the cleaning supplies. Her counterpart just stood in the room staring at the children, who were a bit scared of their presence.
