INITIAL / WAVE + Parking / Centre-Ville de Quebec

Perfecte plek om naar de leuke straat met winkeltjes en cafés te lopen en daarna richting de binnenstad. Een appartement met goede voorzieningen. Fijne complete keuken en goede badkamer. Al met al een plek om terug te gaan.

Iets meer ruimte om kleding neer te leggen (kastruimte in slaapkamer), de slaapbank was versleten (doorgegeven) en het matras op de slaapbank is onvoldoende. Nederlanders hebben meer comfort en dikte van matras nodig. Ook de lengte voldoet wat minder voor hen. Wij hebben de topmatras van het bed gehaald en deze op het matras van de slaapbank gelegd.

Loved the location it was a 7-10 min drive to old quebec city(depending on traffic) and had tons of great restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. Loved that there was secure underground parking and was very close to elevator very convenient. Loved that there was a gym to use was right beside the unit and was very large.

The rooftop terrace was closed for winter was really hoping to be able to see some views from the rooftop. Also the balcony was so full of snow the door could not open. So no outside access in winter. The pullout sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. The mattress is extremely thin and left a lot to be desired.

The apartment is on the top (6th) floor of a modern block with big windows letting the light flood in and with beautiful far reaching views. The apartment is at the back of the building so there are no issues with road noise. It was great that the apartment had underground parking, plus a washing machine and tumble drier with some detergent available too. There were several restaurants 5 to 10 minutes walk away. Even though the apartment is north facing it seemed to get quite warm but we could let fresh air in as the windows/doors have fly screens. It was about a 30 minute walk from the old town, but we found it cheap & easy to get taxis when needed, and left our rental car safely in the garage.

This apartment could be a 10 out of 10, however it was not spotlessly clean, and in places it looked like it had been rented out for a while with one or two things needing to be repaired or replaced. We also didn't like the polyester bedding.

Well equipped kitchen and easy to check in.

The living room bed/couch is nice as a couch but awful as a bed. The price was misleading, after booking we were surprised with a 75 dollars cleaning fee. That didn't feel right especially staying only one night and being in the apartment less than a few hours. I guess we could recommend this apartment if you're only 2 people staying for several days.
