posizione centrale, alloggio spazioso e luminoso, acqua e caffè a disposizione
4 piano senza ascensore

The room was clean and its location to attractions and the train station was good. The host was helpful, but you need to be proactive yourself to get the check-in information.
The only table was tiny and wobbly. A shelf or a chest of drawers would suit the room. There could be at least one hook for a towel near the shower. The area around the apartment seemed somewhat suspicious and unsafe.

The apartment is really new and modern. A lot of space and super clean.
The apartment it's super new, and that's why I think was not finished. We entry in a super nice apartment with no furniture. In the room there was just the bed; no tends for the light in the morning, no wardrobe for the clothes (we used the floor) and no bedside table (we used the floor). In the toilet there wasn't even a bar for hanging towels. So the price of 60€ par night was completely unfair for us.
